When Fibromyalgia entered my life in May of 2022, I was forced to retire early after 25 years of teaching elementary school because my body could no longer handle the demands of the classroom. My life changed in a dramatic way when I could no longer teach. Since my diagnosis, I’ve been adjusting to my new physical situation of daily chronic pain. The blessing of my situation is now I am home full time with Ryan and Sara, our granddaughter whom we are raising.

One blessing of Fibromyalgia is I have time to rediscover my artistic side. I’m finding art brings less physical pain and has therapeutic value for my mental health. I hope my art inspires you, and maybe even brings a smile to your heart. Thank you for stopping by.
